Terms and Conditions:

1.0 Interpretation

(A)Words following a clause, such as 'for example' or 'including but not limited to,' must be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the meaning of the preceding words, descriptions, definitions, phrases, or terms.

1.1 Terms and Conditions

(A) These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the use of our platform services. Please review these terms carefully before engaging with the platform. These terms explain who we are, how we provide our services, your responsibilities as a user, and what to do in case of any issues. If you have any concerns about these terms, please contact our Customer Service team.

(B) Any misconduct, including fraudulent activities in the rating application process, may result in legal consequences. The company reserves the right to take legal action against any user violating these terms, potentially leading to financial and legal penalties.

(C) These terms and conditions supersede any other terms and conditions that the application developer or any other party may attempt to impose, incorporate, or imply by trade, custom, practice, or course of business. Note: If there is more than one application developer or account holder, all parties involved will be jointly and severally liable for their obligations under this agreement. This means the company reserves the right to enforce its legal rights against any party in the event of a breach.

2.0 User's liability

(A) Users must complete all assigned bookings within 24 hours to ensure proper task execution and compliance with the platforms operational requirements.

(B) Early termination of bookings is strictly prohibited, as it disrupts the assignment completion process and may negatively impact the platforms workflow.

(C) Users are prohibited from posting or distributing false, misleading, or defamatory content about the platform on social media or other public forums. Any such behavior may result in legal action and immediate account suspension.

(D) Bookings are randomly assigned by the system.Each user will receive a total of 38 bookings per day, which may include 1-4 merged deals.

A merged deal is a special task that combines 1-2 hotel rooms into a single booking. These are typically hotels with lower ratings or harder review requirements, and they offer higher commissions (3-50%) as an incentive for completing them.

(E) Minimum Work Requirement:

- Users are required to maintain a minimum balance of $50 in their account to initiate and continue work on the platform.

- New users must maintain a minimum balance of $100 before making any withdrawal.

- The policy ensures financial stability and prevents abuse of the system by ensuring users maintain sufficient funds while engaging in tasks.

(F) Withdrawal Requirements:

- Users may withdraw funds at any time, provided that their account balance remains at or above $100 after the withdrawal is processed.

- There is no waiting period for new users to withdraw, as long as this balance condition is met.

- Withdrawal requests that would reduce the account balance below $100 will be automatically declined.

(G) Account Integrity and Multi-Account Policy:

- The platform strictly prohibits the use of multiple accounts by the same individual.

- Users cannot bind the same payment details to multiple accounts.

- Violation of this policy will result in fund freezing for up to 90 days or permanent account suspension.

- Any user found engaging in multi-account activities that impact platform operations will have their hotel license revoked, deal orders invalidated, and credibility affected.

(H) The company reserves the right to modify, supplement, or amend these terms at any time to ensure the smooth operation of the platform. Any updates to the terms will be communicated to users accordingly. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these policies may result in account suspension, financial penalties, or legal action as deemed necessary by the company.
